Uthavi Charitable Trust is a registered non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to rural community welfare, food security, environmental conservation, and educational support. Because our core activities involve charitable contributions and free public distribution programs, we do not sell commercial goods, physical products, or services on this website. Therefore, a standard product return or replacement policy is generally not applicable to any donations or sponsorships made.

2. Charity Merchandise & Material Contributions

In specific campaigns, we may distribute trust badges, t-shirts, or educational kits to our volunteers and registered youth club members. If any physical token or merchandise is provided as part of a donation tier:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g., incorrect size or manufacturing defect), you may request a replacement within 7 days of receipt by emailing us at uthavi.trust@gmail.com.
• Condition for Replacement: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Return Shipping: The donor/recipient is responsible for paying return shipping costs for exchange items, unless the item was originally delivered damaged.
