You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to charity exploration, donations, and volunteer onboarding. You must not use the website in a way that causes damage, interrupts availability, or transmits malicious code.

3. Donations & Contributions

All donations made through our payment gateways (PhonePe and Razorpay) are voluntary and contribute directly to our social welfare programs. Please ensure you enter correct donor identification details, PAN, and contact information. For tax relief under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, correct PAN details are mandatory. Donations once processed cannot be canceled or refunded under normal circumstances (please review our Refund Policy for exceptions).

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, including the Uthavi logo, design layouts, graphics, slideshow photos, and written program copy, is the exclusive intellectual property of Uthavi Charitable Trust. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Volunteer & Member Onboarding

Registration in the Uthavi Youth Club is subject to review and verification by the trust coordinators. We reserve the right to decline or suspend volunteer membership if details provided are found to be false, inaccurate, or if a member acts against the mission and integrity of the trust.
